"I started working with Kirsty when I recognised that things weren't going well for me in life. I constantly felt low, sad and avoided spending time with my friends and family. It became challenging for me to focus on my work, and my performance started to suffer. However, after meeting Kirsty, I immediately felt at ease and comfortable around her.
